Resilient Industrial Platform for Advanced Visualisation of Predictive Maintenance
Industry 4.0 technologies and IoT are increasingly transforming manufacturing, realizing the vision of connected production processes, where machine data is accessible allowing for easier maintenance in the case of unexpected events. RAMEN will provide a resilient platform to support manufacturers in their maintenance activities and operational strategies. Added value is created by combining the strengths of the results of two H2020 FoF projects, augmenting UPTIME’s predictive analytics with SERENA’s advanced & intuitive AR/VR visualization technology and creating a flexible, resilient and scalable platform with unique ease-of-use and applicability to many different use cases. This allows bridging the gaps between the platform and shopfloor operators, data science and engineering, and lowers the entry barrier for companies incl. SMEs to apply predictive maintenance with its containerized micro-service approach. The solution will be applied and validated in a white goods use case.
